Popular Ways to Use a Private Yacht
Birthday Yacht Parties
A birthday on the water is easy to remember. Bring a cake, add decorations and play your own playlist while the crew looks after the boat. It works for children’s parties, big milestones and surprise parties. See our birthday yacht party in Dubai page for ideas.
Sunset Cruises
The hour before sunset is one of the best times on the water. The light turns golden, the air cools and the skyline glows. It is a favourite for couples, proposals and anniversaries. Learn more about a sunset cruise party in Dubai.
Corporate Events and Team Days
A private yacht is a strong setting for client entertainment, team days, product launches and end-of-year parties. It is private, so you can talk, give short speeches and relax away from the office. Our larger yachts suit company groups best. See how a company yacht party works.
Family Days Out
Calm coastal waters make a yacht trip a good plan for families, visiting relatives and tourists. Enjoy the coast, take skyline photos and spend time together. Planning more days out? See the official Visit Dubai guide for attractions and events.
Engagements, Proposals and Anniversaries
A private yacht gives you privacy and views that few places can match. Many guests plan a proposal at sunset. Tell us your plan before the trip, and we will help it go smoothly. See our proposal yacht in Dubai and romantic yacht dinner pages.
Friends’ Get-Togethers and Ladies’ Days
You don’t need a special reason. Friends can split the cost of a charter, which often makes it good value per person. Ladies’ days, bachelorette parties and reunions are also popular. See our yacht party in Dubai page.
What Is Included in Your Yacht Charter?
Every yacht rental Dubai booking with us is designed to be simple. Standard charters include:
- A professional captain and crew
- Safety equipment and life jackets
- A cruise along the Dubai coastline
Please confirm the exact inclusions for your yacht when you book.
Optional extras (depending on yacht and date): catering, drinks packages, decorations, cakes, photography, fishing and water activities. You can bring your own food, cake and decorations in most cases. Just tell us beforehand.
Where Will Your Cruise Go?
Depending on your trip length and the weather, you can pass some of Dubai’s best-known sights:
- Dubai Marina: glass towers reflected in the water.
- Palm Jumeirah: the man-made island, best seen from the sea.
- Atlantis, The Palm: a strong view for photos and videos.
- Burj Al Arab: the sail-shaped hotel, seen on longer charters.
- Ain Dubai and Bluewaters: views of the island and the Marina skyline.
Longer trips give you time to go further and stop for swimming where conditions allow. Even a short trip gives you great Marina and Palm views.
How Long Should You Book For?
- 2 hours: a relaxed cruise and photos.
- 3 to 4 hours: time to eat, celebrate and enjoy the views without rushing.
- Full day: best for big events. The price per hour is often better.
First time on a yacht? We suggest 3 hours.
Best Time for Yacht Rental Dubai
- October to April: pleasant weather and calm sea. This is the busiest season.
- Summer: hotter, so most guests choose sunset or evening cruises.
- Weekends, holidays and New Year’s Eve: these sell out early. Book as early as you can.
- Weekdays: easier to book and often more available.
Check the forecast a day before your trip on the UAE National Center of Meteorology website. If the sea is rough, we will help you move your date.
